StoryHacker.AI aims to provide high quality services to all our customers. However, if you are dissatisfied with our services for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund.
Refunds will only be provided within 30 days of approval via the original payment method. Please note that custom services, such as personal coaching calls, are non-refundable once they have occurred.
For Digital Products:
StoryHacker.AI provides immediate access to digital products, courses, and services upon purchase. No physical shipment is required.
For Physical Products:
Any physical products are shipping through USPS or FedEx within 3 business days of purchase. Customers receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information when the label is created.
Delivery times vary based on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If an order is lost during transit, we will launch an investigation with the shipping company. If deemed lost, we will reship the order at no additional cost or refund the transaction.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are provided once the returned item passes inspection at our facility.
Customers are responsible for import taxes, duties or fees associated with international shipping. We recommend researching your country's policies prior to ordering.

StoryHacker.AI offers a subscription-based service that grants access to our content and services. When you subscribe, you will be granted a 14-day free trial period during which you can evaluate our services. After the 14-day free trial, you will be billed automatically on a monthly basis unless you cancel your subscription.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us through the customer portal or by emailing our customer support team at
jason@storyhacker.ai. Once your subscription is canceled, you will not be charged for future months. However, please note that there are no refunds for partial months, and we do not prorate subscription fees.
Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with our subscription service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase. Refunds will only be provided if requested within the 30-day period and will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that custom services, such as personal coaching calls, are non-refundable once they have occurred.
After the initial 30-day period, no refunds will be provided for subscription charges. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to use our services and avoid future charges.
